Inspired by the Flavors of Hawai'i
Hibiscus Margarita
.75 oz hibiscus syrup
.75 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz silver tequila
.5 oz cointreu
Shake and pour over fresh ice. Garnosh with limes or a slice of blood orange.
Pali Mule
.5 oz honey-ginger syrup
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz Old Pali Road Whiskey
soda water
Stur ingredients in a Collins glass and top with soda water or ginger beer. Garnish with lime and fresh mint.
'Olena Daiquiri
.75 oz 'olena pineapple syrup
.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz KōHana rum
Shake ingredients in cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass.
Coconut Mojito
.5 oz coconut syrup
.5 oz fresh lime juice
5 mint leaves
soda water
Muddle ingredients together, fill with ice and top with soda. Garnish with lime wheels and a mint sprig.
Pono Mai Tai
.5 oz MacNut syrup
.5 oz lime juice
.75 oz pineapple juice
1 oz light rum
.5 oz dark rum
Shake all ingredients together except dark rum. Strain over fresh ice and top with dark rum float. Garnish with pineapple and seasonal tropical fruits!
Ali'i Fizz
.5 oz lavender syrup
.5 oz lemon juice
1.5 oz dry gin
1 egg white
.5 oz dry red wine
Shale all ingredients except red wine aggressively in a cocktail shaker. Strain in a cocktail glass with ice and top with a splash of red wine. Garnish with a lemon twist or sprig of thyme.

1 oz pineapple juice
1.5 oz KōHana Rum
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
Charred lime garnish
